美國混凝土協會(ACI)概述及標準體系
美國混凝土協會(American Concrete Institute)成立于1904年,前身為美國水泥用戶協會,總部位于密歇根州法明頓希爾斯,ACI是一個非盈利性的技術研究團體和標準制定組織,是世界混凝土技術方面的權威,并為參與混凝土設計、施工和材料的個人和組織提供專業咨詢服務,致力于實現混凝土在建筑領域的最佳使用。ACI在全球擁100多個分會、200個學生分會以及120個國家或地區的30,000名會員。
ACI意旨加強工程技術教育和科學調查研究,以及制定混凝土及相關材料的設計和施工標準。為促進混凝土技術、工藝、設計、施工的提升,學會應不斷改進優化有關混凝土及相關材料的設計、施工、制造、使用以及維護和修復和組織其成員開展相關的非營利性公共服務,進而到達造福社會的愿景。
ACI為承包商梳理了關于混凝土相關的100多個主題,并提供認證、在線教學、期刊、論文、公開出版物及特定項目專屬服務。
? ACI混凝土技術文件分類與應用指南??
ACI發布的技術文件分為標準和非標準兩種形式。
ACI的標準是強制性的(written in mandatory language),包括設計和施工兩類:
設計標準:適用于設計人員,涉及規范要求、規范案例、驗收標準、設計技術要求。
施工標準:適用于施工人員,涉及施工技術要求和材料技術要求
非標準的文件包括導則、報告和技術說明(Non-standards Guides and Reports):
指南:非強制性,提出對混凝土材料或結構的分析、設計、規定、選擇、評定、試驗、施工或修補活動的建議;報告:提供委員會專業領域內有關混凝土技術的信息;
技術說明:針對特定問題提供指導。
制訂了近700個有關混凝土的技術文件、手冊、說明書、報告、指南、勘誤、論文、技術要求和規范,其標準的分類是以制訂委員會的代號為分類號的,代號分配情況如下:
